How can I receive GSA contract pricing?
Office Depot has a dedicated, secure web site for government customers where you can receive GSA pricing, and view eighteen months of order history.Please go to http://bsdnet.officedepot.com and click on "Sign My Company Up".

Does Office Depot accept the federal government SmartPay Card?
Yes, your credit card transactions are secure. We protect your credit card information using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

I want to use a government Purchase Order instead of a credit card - can I do this?
Yes, but you would need to open an on-line A/B account with Office Depot. Please go to http://bsdnet.officedepot.com and click on "Sign My Company Up". You will be notified within 48 hours when your account is active.

Will I be charged tax?
If you go to the dedicated Business Services Division (BSD) website at http://bsdnet.officedepot.com and open an on-line account you will not be charged sales tax. If you are currently being charged tax, call 1.888.263-9586 and they will remove tax and credit your account.

Where can I purchase NIB/NISH products?
All NIB/NISH products sold under the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act (JWOD) are available on the BSD website at http://bsdnet.officedepot.com.

If I am an overseas customer, can I place an order for delivery to an APO/FPO address?
If you are an overseas federal customer with an APO/FPO address buying for government or personal use, or if you are buying for such a customer, please email your order to apo-fpoorders@officedepot.com. Please include the following information in your email:
  1. Credit card information to include the billing address of the owner of the card.
  2. The complete APO-FPO address.
  3. The quantity and the item numbers of the products you wish to be mailed.
Please note that certain products may not be available for mailing.
All APO/FPO orders are sent to a United States Post Office and are then shipped to the APO/FPO customer via government transport. You should expect delivery in about two weeks. Office Depot will charge freight on APO/FPO orders. Do not hesitate to email the above address if you have any questions.

Can I process returns on-line?
