Jay Crosson joined Office Depot in November 1997 as Vice President, Human Resources, for the retail stores organization and in July 2000 was appointed to Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In June 2001, Jay was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources and is now responsible for all human resources activities throughout the Company. Prior to joining Office Depot, Crosson spent 11 years at The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he last served as Group Vice President, Human Resources for the Stores Group.
