Distribution Director
This position is primarily responsible for managing a distribution with an average size of 200,000 square feet and a large hourly associate workforce. External candidates typically have seven to ten years experience in fast-paced, high SKU-count, packaging, production logistics or delivery operations, using financial tools and analysis in inventory management and daily delivery management in full pallet, pick and pack production and business-to-business warehouse operations. Responsibilities include budgets, P&L, and expense control.

Manager
These positions are primarily responsible for managing a particular function of the operation (i.e. production, transportation, inventory control, quality assurance, and administration). External candidates will be well-versed in these functional areas. Typical experience includes budgets, expense control, and three-plus years in a fast-paced, high SKU count distribution and logistics environment.

Crossdock Manager
This position manages the flow-through of merchandise received directly from vendors and then separated and disbursed to our retail stores. This position supervises a large hourly workforce. External candidates for this position typically have experience that includes freight logistics and traffic and a minimum of five years managing a large, hourly workforce.
