Office Depot Delivery Policy:

  • Order by 5:00 PM via phone/online or by 3:00 P.M. by fax and your order of $50 or more will be delivered FREE (most furniture items excluded) the next business day (between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., local time, Monday through Friday, in our local delivery areas). Deliveries for orders under $50, or deliveries outside our local delivery areas will be assessed a charge based on the total weight of the order. Minimum charge is $9.95 for up to 10 lbs. Please call customer service or your account representative for details.
  • Call 1-888-263-3423 or visit www.officedepot.com/links/delivery for delivery information to determine local delivery areas. Special orders are not available in Alaska or Hawaii. We reserve the right to determine the delivery method used to fulfill your order. Custom delivery fees may be added for custom items. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

    • Furniture Delivery Policy:

  • In-stock furniture orders under 70 lbs. (based on total order weight) will be delivered at no extra charge to a ground-floor location on the next-business-day in most cases. Delivery date may be within 2-3 days based on the volume of orders. Office Depot delivery representatives will move packaging materials from these items to a customer-specified location at no extra charge on request. Unpacking will not be provided by third-party delivery services.
  • Our Enhanced Delivery Service is required for all in-stock furniture orders over 70 lbs. (based on total order weight). Customers in some areas within our local delivery areas will receive next business-day delivery and all others will be given the earliest delivery appointment available (within 7 business days) at the time an order is placed. Customers outside of our local delivery areas will be contacted within 2 - 3 business days of placing an order by our delivery carrier to schedule an appointment. In-stock furniture orders will be delivered by appointment by 2-man teams, placed in the room of choice, packaging will be removed (upon request) and minor assembly on select items. A $24.99 fee will be added to furniture orders in our local delivery areas and $39.99 for orders outside our local delivery areas for this service (note this fee is a per order charge, regardless of how many deliveries take place). Actual delivery prices to be provided at point of sale. This fee is subject to change without notice. Enhanced Delivery Service is not yet available in all areas.   • Non-stocked furniture will be delivered to a ground floor location in the manufacturer's shipping carton at no additional charge.
  • Premium Furniture Items will be delivered at no additional charge.
  • Furniture assembly service is available upon request for an additional fee. This can be arranged with a customer service representative from Impact Resource Group (our assembly partners) at 1-800-978-2669. This service is usually performed within 2-3 days after the merchandise is delivered.
  • Preferred delivery service is available for security and anti-theft chests/files and fire safes (only) for an additional fee and must be arranged at 888-263-3423 at the time of purchase. This service includes delivery, unpacking, set up, and removal of debris. (Deliveries requiring multiple flights of stairs may require additional charges).
