When searching the online catalog, you can look for either keywords (for example, green pens) or product numbers (for example, 315-515). Begin your search from the Product Search section on the top navigation bar. You have two options:

You can enter a keyword or product number in the Search for field. Searching by product number displays only one item. Searching by keyword might yield one or more pages of search results. Using either method produces the Search Results screen. When ready, click Search.

The Search Results page appears.

Viewing Additional Search Results

  1. Scroll through the first page of your search results. If there are additional products to view, you can either select Next or a page number at the top or bottom of the page. You can select Previous to go back to the previous page, or if there are still additional items to view, select Next or another page number.

  2. Use the "Narrow Your Results" panel on the left to further refine your search by clicking the options that best fit the item(s) you are searching for. To remove a "Narrow Your Results" option you chose, simply click the "Remove" link next to the option at the top of the page.

  3. Search results can be sorted by "Relevance" (default), "Brand A-Z" or "Brand Z-A". If the search results are reduced to 60 items or less, search results will be sorted by "Best Value" by default, and the following additional sort options will become available: "Recycled" (if applicable), "Price Low to High" and "Price High to Low".

  4. You can select to compare items in the search results by placing a check mark next to the item and then clicking "Compare Selected Items" at the bottom of the page. Comparing items arranges the item details side by side on the same page for easy comparison.



Adding Items to an Order or Saved List

You add items to your Shopping Cart or Saved List from the Search Results page or a Product Description page. On both pages, each item line displays an "Add To Cart" and an "Add To List" button.

  1. Add To Cart: Adds the item to your shopping cart.
  2. Add to List: Adds the item to a saved Shopping List.
